The Society was formed in 1950 and currently has around 166 members in various roles.  We organise monthly training meetings for Referees and Match Observers at all levels of the game. These sessions provide a useful forum to aid development and also to share ideas with fellow rugby enthusiasts.

Members of the Society have progressed to International, Premiership, National Panel and South East Group level.  The Society also maintains strong links with our colleagues from Sussex in the South East Federation.
